There is really a "Good Aura" around Mrs. Aquino. It must be a great honor to have a picture with the only woman in Ninoy's life.

Parang ubos na raw ata yung unang print run (konti lang naman), pero may bagong printing, with corrections, coming out very soon, malamang sa mga bookstores.

Nabasa ko kasi kahapon about the publisher (Cruz?) being a rabid comics fan, and he wanted a book with such rendition. Akala ko he finally did it with sequential art.

Wow. You guys got to share the most important day of the Aquino clan with them. That must have been really touching. Cory paints nga pala no?

And I envy you for meeting Kris Aquino. (Everytime I see her without makeup I start having the hots for her hahahahaha)

I also met Mrs. Aquino, well sort of... when my ma nudged me when we were at a boutique in Trinoma. I didn't realize she was the lady beside me. ^^;

Launching nung Ninoy Art and Essay book kung saan nagcontribute kami nina Nil, Carlo P., Harvey, Whilce, Philip Tan etc ng illustrations. Tamang tama rin death anniv ni Ninoy. :D

I never thought I'd meet cory and rub elbows with jdv and erap (ok, not literally but not for a lack of trying) by drawing funny books. It was bizarre being in such a place and seeing all the people you'd only see in ANC news. hehe.

It was really great meeting Cory:)
